Some weeks feel messy.
I miss streams. I feel tired. I question everything.
But instead of quitting… I reset.

Slow mornings, clear mind, and one step closer to my goals 💜
🌿 The Reality Behind the Screen
I’m a mom of two.
I run my own cleaning business.
And I’m building my dream as a content creator.
Life isn’t perfectly structured.
It’s full. Sometimes overwhelming. Sometimes unpredictable.
And for a long time, I thought consistency meant doing everything perfectly.
It doesn’t.
Consistency is showing up… even when life is full.
🌸 My Real Routine (What Actually Keeps Me Consistent)
✨ 1. I Plan My Day the Night Before
Sometimes even weeks before.
This is a mindset I learned from Codie Sanchez, and it completely changed how I approach my time.
(Watch here: Codie Sanchez Youtube)
I ask myself:
“What can I do tomorrow that moves me forward toward my goals?”
Then I create a priority list.
Not just a random list.
A priority list forces you to decide what actually matters most.
Because the truth is… you can’t do everything.
And if you don’t plan your day ahead?
You’re already losing.
Something will come up.
Someone will need your time.
And suddenly… your day is no longer yours.
That’s why I decide my priorities before the day even starts.
So no matter what happens…
I still move forward.
😴 2. I Prioritize My Sleep
Before, I used to sleep 4–5 hours max.
I thought I was being productive.
But I wasn’t.
My brain was asking for rest—and I was ignoring it.
Now, I go to bed between 9:30 PM and 10 PM.
I sleep my full 8 hours.
And yes… I go to sleep like a grandma 😂
(My stream knows this already)
Even if life isn’t perfect, I stay consistent.
And something I never thought I would say?
I love waking up at 6 AM.
I feel rested. Focused. Clear.
🧠 Why This Matters (Especially for Gamers)
If you’re competitive like me…
We are literally stealing from ourselves when we don’t sleep.
The prefrontal cortex (responsible for judgment, decision-making, and impulse control) needs rest.
Since building healthier habits, I’ve been improving my gameplay and decision-making in ranked.
So yes—
your real life habits directly affect your performance.
☀️ 3. Wake up Early 6 am
6 AM. No phone.
Make my coffee ☕
Add Everyday Dose + creatine + protein
Go outside for fresh air
And this part means a lot to me…
I never had a backyard before coming to the U.S.
Now I do—and I’m grateful for it every day.
I love nature. I love trees.
It brings me peace.
Going outside in the morning is actually amazing for you.
It helps improve your health in ways most people don’t even realize.
You get natural Vitamin D, which supports your body and overall well-being.
It helps boost your mood by increasing serotonin.
And it gives you more energy to start your day.
It also helps regulate your circadian rhythm—your body’s internal 24-hour clock.
This is what controls:
Your sleep and wake cycles
Hormone release
Appetite
Body temperature
All based on your environment and light exposure.
Interesting, right?
And how do I know all of this?
Reading. Reading. Reading.
Another way to invest in yourself 💜
🚶♀️ 4. I Walk (No Excuses)
Walking boosts your:
Energy
Mood
Mental clarity
And the best part?
It doesn’t have to be perfect.
Some days I walk around my neighborhood.
Some days I walk around my son’s trampoline 😂
There’s always a way.

Fresh air, quiet moments, and a clear mind… this is where everything starts 💜
🏋️♀️ 5. I Lift Weights
This is something I’m still building consistently.
But I’ve learned this:
Taking care of your body builds:
Confidence
Discipline
Strength
And that carries into everything you do.
💼 6. I Handle My Business First
After my workout, I check my cleaning business:
Emails
Tasks
Client communication
Calls
Because I respect what I’ve built—
even while I’m building something new.
🎮 7. I Create Content (My Favorite Part)
Then I move into what I truly love:
Blog writing ✍️
League of Legends clips 🎮
Social content
And honestly?
I LOVE this part so much.
This is where I feel aligned.
Creative. Focused. Excited.

Building my dream one clip at a time… no stress, just progress 💜
🌱 My Long-Term Vision
One day…
I want to sell my cleaning business
and focus fully on content creation.
But I’m not rushing it.
Step by step.
📅 8. I Make Time for Real Life
After everything, I go back to what matters most.
Family time 💜
Picking up my kids from school
Cooking dinner
Being present at home
Because success doesn’t mean ignoring your life…
It means building something while still living it.
Every day looks a little different,
but these moments keep me grounded.
🌙 9. I Build Small Habits That Stick
About a month ago, I added something simple…
a skincare routine every night.
And now?
I can’t go to bed without doing it.
It’s not about perfection.
It’s about showing up for yourself in small ways.
Just like lifting weights…
Some days I don’t do it.
But hey—we’re human.
And what matters most?
If you miss one day… you go again. 💜
That’s consistency.
😴 10. I Go to Bed at the Same Time (Yes Sleep AGAIN lol)
I always aim to go to bed around 9:30–10 PM.
Because sleep is not optional—it’s a priority.
But let’s be real…
Sometimes we stay up a little later, especially on weekends.
We’re not robots 😂
And that’s okay.
The goal isn’t perfection—
it’s consistency.
This is also when I:
Reset mentally
Reflect on the day
Plan for tomorrow (if I haven’t yet)
It’s my way of closing the day with intention
and preparing to show up again… better 💜

💜 Final Thought
We’re not perfect.
We’re human.
What matters isn’t perfection—
it’s consistency.
Showing up again.
Taking care of yourself again.
That’s what changes everything.
🌸 No stress. Just progress.
